Endtime Prophecy Net - Bible Tidbits

A Trinitarian is one who embraces the doctrine of the Holy Trinity. After a prayerful and diligent study of the Scriptures, the WordWeaver has concluded that the concept of a 'Holy Trinity', as it is espoused by the Roman Catholic Church, is a manmade false doctrine. To suggest that the Holy Trinity consists of three beings wrapped up in one is not only ludicrous, but it is totally contrary to what is clearly stated in the Scriptures. While the WordWeaver briefly discusses the 'Holy Trinity' in various of his articles, one of his future projects is to compile all of this scattered material, and update and expand it in a new multi-part series. If the doctrine of the Holy Trinity is true as Roman Catholics and other trinitarians suggest, and God the Father, Jesus Christ, and the Holy Spirit are three separate beings wrapped up in one, then they will have a difficult time explaining such verses as the following, where we see Jesus Christ submitting Himself to His Father: "For he [God the Father] hath put all things under his [Jesus'] feet. But when he saith all things are put under him [under Jesus], it is manifest that he [God the Father] is excepted, which did put all things under him [under Jesus]. And when all things shall be subdued unto him [unto Jesus], then shall the Son also himself be subject unto him [God the Father] that put all things under him [under Jesus], that God may be all in all." 1 Corinthians 15:27,28, KJV
