Endtime Prophecy Net - Bible Tidbits

The most important lesson which we can learn from the life of the Apostle Thomas, is summed up in the following verse: "...Thomas, because thou hast seen me, thou hast believed: blessed are they that have not seen, and yet have believed." John 20:29b, KJV In other words, those who are truly blessed, are the people who believe by faith, without having ever seen any physical evidence. Thus, the Apostle Paul wrote: "Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen." Hebrews 11:1, KJV And the Apostle Peter also wrote regarding those who believed in Jesus without having ever seen Him face to face: "Whom having not seen, ye love; in whom, though now ye see him not, yet believing, ye rejoice with joy unspeakable and full of glory:" 1 Peter 1:8, KJV
