Texas Mom Given Probation For Spanking Daughter

Hello folks. It's time for another one of my rants. I was just over on the parents.com website reading the following unbelievable story. The judge in this story clearly has his head screwed on wrong. What right does he have to tell this mother how to raise her daughter? I've said it before and I'll say it again: governments are increasingly encroaching in areas where they have absolutely no right to intervene, unless some serious crime has been committed. A Politically Correct Christmas Greeting -- Author Unknown

Yes, I realize that we are only in August, so why a blog entry about Christmas, you may ask. Well, I found this file stashed on my hard drive in one of my many nooks and crannies -- on a two terabyte hard drive there are lots of them -- and I thought that you might enjoy reading it. Going by the "last modified" date of the file, I apparently acquired it in January of 2010. I don't know who the anonymous author is. Continue reading →
