In Psalm 34 we find the following verse:
Obviously, there are many ways to magnify and exalt the Lord. We can do this through song, through praise, and in other ways. However, I believe that one of the very best ways to magnify the Lord, is by allowing His light to shine through us. We need to be little prisms or mirrors who reflect the Lord's light, in order that others might see Him through us. Thus, as Jesus stated in the Gospels:
When they see that are lives are filled with works that demonstrate our faith in Christ, what will they do? They will glorify our Father which is in Heaven. They will magnify and exalt Him, and that is exactly what Psalm 34:3 says.
So, as I state in my article "Are You A Burning Ember For The Lord?", we each need to burn brightly for the Lord, in whatever way He shows us. We are all one universal body, but the Body of Christ is filled with many different members who possess many different gifts and callings.
