Hello everyone. For those of you who have been regular visitors to the Endtime Prophecy Net Blog over the past seven months, a word of explanation is no doubt in order.
Due to irreparable damage to our WordPress mySQL database, which not only resulted in the loss of hundreds of blog entries, but also in breaking some of the WordPress plug-ins that I use, and in losing all of our current members, I was forced to purge the database tables and start anew. Being as I don't know when the corruption actually began, all of my database backups were unusable as well, although I did try to import them, but without much success.
While I regret the loss of so many messages -- which have been spidered by Google and many other search engine bots -- at the same time, this new beginning may be a good thing. I am happy to announce that as of today, the Endtime Prophecy Net Blog and associated website is now running on a server which is at least six times as fast as the previous machine, and which has eight times as much RAM as well, not to mention the fact that the hard drive currently has over 1.6 terabytes in free space. The machine is also an i7 Quad Core, so hopefully, you may notice that things may be a little more brisker than before. The only thing holding us back is our dismal upstream.
For those of you who are new to the Endtime Prophecy Net Blog, welcome! I hope that you will find my comments here uplifting, instructive, and even challenging in some case. I will be publishing some of the same kinds of topics that I have been posting on our EDGE -- Endtime Discussion Group Exchange -- Mailing List for the past 13+ years, as well as on our Endtime Prophecy Net Messageboard for the past 5+ years. This will include comments concerning recent news items, Endtime Prophecy Net new article release announcements, topical King James Version Bible verse lists, and other information of interest to Christians which I normally publish in the aforementioned mediums, and whatever else strikes my fancy.
Again, I hope that you will be inspired by, blessed by and informed by the material that I choose to post here in the coming weeks, months and years.
