As I concluded in part one, the American banking system is
not as friendly as it appears to be on the surface. In fact,
for the small account holder, it is rather oppressive. It
used to be that bank customers were provided with a variety
of free services, and given initiatives for keeping their
money in a certain bank, such as a fair interest rate on
their deposits. Now it seems that everything has been turned
around. Interest rates are deplorable; there is a charge for
everything from maintaining the account to cashing checks; a
person is penalized if he withdraws prematurely; and he may
fall under immediate suspicion if he does anything which
falls outside of his 'customer profile'. The banking system
which is supposed to provide one with more economic freedom,
now has a person living under bondage, suspicion and fear;
and that bondage is augmented further if one falls into the
enticing trap of the credit card and overspends. How true
are the following words written by King Solomon and the
Prophet Hosea. The modern International Jewish Bankers have
indeed learned to live by them as they oppress the poor:

"The rich ruleth over the poor, and the borrower is servant
to the lender." Proverbs 22:7, KJV

"He is a merchant, the balances of deceit are in his hand:
he loveth to oppress." Hosea 12:7, KJV

So as I stated earlier, the minute a person opens a bank
account, he unknowingly becomes a registered member of this
oppressive system; a system which is slowly and carefully
being steered towards the final enslaving Mark of the Beast.
The longer a person remains entangled in the banking system,
the more he will become dependent upon it, and the more
difficult it will become to pull out of it. With the advent
of e-commerce, it appears that the International Bankers may
have now begun the process to eliminate what until now have
been the standard means of daily business transactions; that
is, paper currency, coinage, and checks. Once people become
more accustomed to electronic shopping, they will continue
this subtle process until even credit cards, debit cards and
smart cards have been removed; so that all that will remain,
will be the bio-chip implant and scanners. Your worth and
usefulness as a human being will be solely determined by
your unique identification number, and the value of your
credits encoded in your personal microchip implant.

As they continue to tout the ease and the convenience of
their wonderful new chip implant system, they will likewise
continue to pursue their quiet 'campaign of inconvenience'
for those who resist it, and who prefer the old methods of
conducting their daily business. Such people who do not
embrace their new system readily, will be viewed as being
non-conformists, troublemakers, social outcasts, and in
fact, non-persons. Furthermore, they will be viewed with
suspicion, as will become evident as we continue our
discussion.

While I have painted a rather dark picture of the future,
allow me to inform you that I am by no means alone in my
views and understanding of the evil situation which is now
unfolding before us. For example, in July of 1997, a home-
builder by the name of Scott McDonald launched a web site
entitled 'Fight The Fingerprint', which can be found at the
following URL: http://www.networkusa.org/fingerprint.shtml.
The purpose of Scott's site is to actively fight against
fingerprinting, using Social Security numbers as a universal
identifier code for American citizens, and other oppressive
means of controlling the American populace. Scott is also
the originator of the 'Scan This News' email newsletter.
SCAN is an acronym for 'Sovereign Citizens Against
Numbering'.

In May of 1999, the president of a company in New York which
deals in school cafeteria systems, submitted a letter to
Scott's mailing list, in which he inquired about the most
feasible and ethical means of implementing an identification
system in school cafeterias. This person wrote as follows:

As I stated a moment ago, Scott is diametrically opposed to
any form of numbering and identification system which will
infringe upon the rights and privacy of American citizens.
Having said that, please understand that Scott's following
lengthy response is meant to be understood in a completely
sarcastic manner. He does NOT support the suggestions he

Hello Eric:

In response to your request for input on the "pros and cons"
of some of the various methods and technologies that could
be used to identify, monitor, and track children in the
administration of school lunch programs, I have the
following to offer.

I am thoroughly convinced that as you explore this issue you
will ultimately conclude, the only truly secure method for
record keeping and monitoring of children is to use
implantable microchip IDs.

Implanted microchips will prove to be the only reliable
solution wherever "positive identification" is perceived as
a need. All of the other techniques you mentioned - i.e. ID
number, fingerprint scans, and voices recognition - are too
fallible. They are all prone to error and hacking. They are
not reliable.

With implanted microchips, a complete and accurate
accounting can be made of each child's lunch purchase. Each
child can be numbered, monitored, and tracked with no
obtrusive interaction with the monitoring system. The
children will not even know when or how they are being
tracked, monitored, and counted.

Keep in mind: Kids and adults forget login passwords and
numbers. People are already becoming tired of all the many
different cards and digital keys they have to keep up with.
Logging in and out of systems takes up too much time using
conventional identification techniques. To suggest yet
another one of the conventional methods is not likely to
sell well with a finicky public. For these and other reasons
which I will get into, I'm certain you will ultimately
conclude that implanted microchips are the best choice. They
are the only identification technology which will both
eliminate the inherent potential for errors and at the same
time relieve the recipient of the inconveniences of multiple
cards, memorized numbers, and arcane passwords.

Let's face it: ID numbers, ID cards, voice recognition,
fingerscans, etc., all require considerable, time-consuming
interaction with the "accounting device" - whatever that
turns out to be. Imagine each student, for instance, having
to pause upon entering school to get their finger scanned,
then again when they go outside for Physical Education,
another time when they came back in, and once again when
they leave school at the end of the day. Add to this all the
other interactions where ID is necessary, such as the lunch
program, testing, counseling, field trips, ball games, after
school activities, and - well, you get the idea. All this
would add hours to the school day!

The implanted microchip will eliminate all this
time-consuming interaction.

Oh sure, there'll be numerous programs implemented in the
interim using conventional identification technology and
systems. But ultimately, all of these will prove unreliable,
tamper-prone, cumbersome to use, and generally unworkable.
Why waste time on the other technologies when they are
destined to fail?

You would, however, be truly remiss to limit your thinking
to only the school lunch program.

As you are undoubtedly aware, considerable attention is
being given presently to the issue of safety in public
schools. It's perfectly conceivable that whoever first
suggests the implanted microchip ID system for school
children will be sitting on a virtual gold mine. The key to
success will be to time the proposal to coincide with some
national tragedy or emergency. A cadre of Congressmen and
legislators will also first have to be cultivated.
Additionally, you'll need an established bleeding-hearts
organization to beat the media drum - the anti-gun groups
are well-seasoned at this task. Then, when some tragedy hits
and everyone is rushing to adopt a "solution" - any solution
- spring the microchip proposal. This is a tried and proven
method. The legislation will, of course, need to have
already been drafted well ahead of time, so get an early
start.

As you know, the pilot programs for microchip implants using
animals have been a huge success. The initial phase was to
implant non-domesticated animals such as cows and other
livestock. The program was then moved on to the domesticated
animal group. Initially, there where some who were skeptical
of whether the public would accept this application. Those
fears were quickly abated, however, when the public rushed
out in droves to get their dogs and cats chipped. Presently,
over 4,000,000 pets have been chipped. Very soon, a whole
generation of kids will have grown up around pets having an
ID microchip just under their flesh. These kids will have
seen that their cuddly little pet had no adverse affect
whatsoever from the tiny number-encoded implant that can't
be seen or felt.

Unquestionably, the conditioning process is ripe for moving
on to children. I doubt there will be much serious objection
from the majority of parents who have, after all, already
VOLUNTARILY gotten their children numbered and their pets
chipped.

In case you are not already familiar with the technology,
implantable microchips are about the size of a grain of
rice. Each one has a unique number programmed into it. The
ones used for animals, marketed in North America primarily
by Avid, use the numbering convention of: NNN-NNN-NNN (with
"N" representing a numerical digit). These nine-digit
numbers, not coincidentally, correspond nicely with the
Social Security Number which also has nine digits in the
format: NNN-NN-NNNN. Each child's SSN could simply be
programmed into their individual chip, alleviating the need
to develop yet another numbering system. The implant only
takes a minute and can be done using local anesthesia. All
children in a given school could be chipped in a single day.

With present technology, microchip data can be reliably
scanned from about 10 feet away. And, the scanners
themselves cost only few hundred dollars. The cost will
quickly go down as more go into use.

Implanted microchips will stay permanently attached to their
host for as long as their flesh clings to their bones - they
last for ever.

Remember, the attraction for implanted microchips goes far -
FAR - beyond the obvious benefits of simply tracking kids
through school. Once the entire population is chipped, State
and Federal government agencies throughout the world will
finally have a tool to completely eliminate all crime. The
problems of terrorism, dead-beat dads, illegal aliens,
welfare fraud, insurance fraud, tax cheats, AND ALL OTHER
CRIMES could be totally and completely eliminated once the
microchip concept is launched!

Eventually, chip scanners will, by law, be required at
entrances to all publicly accessible buildings. The
precedence for this was set when governments began requiring
handicap parking spaces at all public facilities, and with
the bans on smoking in privately owned public
establishments. It will be a simple matter - with the
justification of eliminating crime and fraud - to require
every establishment to install microchip scanners at all
entrances and then only to allow access to those individuals
whose chip-scan is approved. This in itself could
effectively eliminate robberies.

Businesses will only be allowed to hire workers who have
chips; this will serve to crack down on the employment of
illegal immigrants. Only those people with chips will be
allowed to drive so that the state can get "bad drivers" off
the road. No one will be allowed to board a plane without a
chip; this will eliminate international terrorism. All
purchases will necessitate a microchip implant which will
stop check-writing and credit card fraud. No public, social
benefits will be allowed unless and until the recipient has
a chip - of course to stop welfare fraud.

A lifetime of information can be easily databased using
microchip-based systems. All movement, transactions, and
interactions can be recorded and monitored once everyone has
their own unique identifier. Every detail of a person's life
will finally be accessible to authorities through the
widespread use of implanted ID chips. This will take several
years - perhaps even a generation - to fully implement. But,
it must begin somewhere and school children are the most
likely candidate.

All of the tools and mechanisms to enforce compliance are
already available and in place. And the public has
demonstrated a readiness and willingness to accept such a
system.

Once the idea catches on, the beneficiaries (those with
implanted chips) will quickly appreciate the convenience of
using their microchips for all of their routine monitoring
and control applications that they have become so fondly
accustomed to - such as licensing, identification,
check-writing, traveling, buying and selling, voting, etc.
As you can see, the possibilities are truly endless. They'll
appreciate the "safety and security" the microchips provide.

Everyone will want a chip because they simply will not be
able to function socially without one! The framework for
this was developed and established with the Social Security
Number. In the future, all transactions and social
interactions will require a machine-readable implanted
microchip in place of the number.  Chip scanners will be
installed everywhere; just like the product scanners are
now.

There may be some opposition at first. There may be those
individuals who'll put up a small amount of resistance. Some
will holler: "The Constitution this, and the Constitution
that." But those who resist will be labeled "kooks, rebels
and trouble-makers with something to hide." The very act of
objecting, may land them in jail. If they wont voluntarily
get their chip, they won't be able to obtain a license to
drive or work. They will likely end up breaking laws as a
result. Then, they will be arrested and force chipped as
part of the booking process! Besides, most Americans - after
they've been reminded of all benefits and services they will
sacrifice if they do not participate - will soon acquiesce.
This is how it worked when Congress first enacted laws to
encourage parents to numbering their children at birth. A
few grumbled for a short while. But, once the threat of no
longer being able to claim their children on tax returns set
in, they got right in line down at the Social Security
Administration and had their children numbered, one-by-one.

Besides, give me one good reason that a responsible member
of society would object to a simple little ID chip, in light
of all the benefits to society they would provide? With all
the convenience they'll provide to both society and
individuals alike, why should anyone object? Clearly, only
lawbreakers and people with something to hide will complain.

Some may raise a religious objection. This will not pose any
problem. Everyone will still have a right to believe
anything they want to. Besides, no one's going to force
anyone else to get a chip; they just won't be able to
function normal in society without one. It'll be each
individual's own choice whether to get one or not.

By the way, since public schools have been so successful in
their campaign to get more children medicated on Ritalin and
Prozac, most of the "problem" kids - the "rebels" - are
already taken care of. As a result, there will be little
resistance from these otherwise "individualistic" children.
Therefore, the microchip program is going to be much easier
to get established in the schools.

The fact that this cafeteria company is even contemplating
incorporating such an identification system in the school
lunch program, is additional proof that the powers that be
have already targetted our children as the first candidates
to be incorporated into their 'wonderful' implant system,
just as we saw in part one. Again, this fact alone should
alarm the most naive of parents. Do you honestly want your
children marked like animals? Fools that we were, most of us
bowed to system pressure and had our dear children 'tagged'
at birth with a Social Security number. We didn't even give
it a second thought, did we? Will we also go along with the
next part of their evil plan by allowing our kids to receive
a bio-chip implant? May God help us all! Lord help us to
have some spiritual conviction in our lives, and to be more
concerned with displeasing the Lord, than with being afraid
of what man might do to us if we resist their oppressive and
devilish plan. Don't be deceived by the ease and convenience
of the coming system! Don't allow your children to receive
the Mark of the Damned because God will hold you accountable
for it if you do! Fight against it no matter what!

Like Scott, in my personal life, I have also experienced a
number of inconveniences due to my unwillingness to go along
with the plans of the International Bankers. In my case, my
problems stem from my refusal to even have a bank account;
not that I would have much to deposit in it anyway. My last
bank account was closed several years ago by the bank due to
non-activity. I was merely paying them five dollars a month
to keep the account open, so they finally closed it; even
without notifying me first. One day I went in to the bank in
order to pay my bills, and my account had simply disappeared
from their database. They tried to encourage me to open a
new account, but I refused, and haven't had one since then.

It was during early 1999 that I discovered that all of the
banks in our community had unanimously adopted a new policy;
and that is that all non-account holders would be required
to have their fingerprint taken before they could conduct
certain business transactions, such as cashing a check. In
other words, if a person doesn't have a bank account with a
particular bank, then he immediately falls under suspicion
and is not to be trusted. He is automatically guilty until
proven innocent; and having his fingerprint taken obviously
is supposed to prove his innocence; at least according to
the bank's way of thinking. It doesn't matter that someone
may object for other reasons, such as moral convictions and
religious beliefs. As far as the bank is concerned, a person
would only object to being fingerprinted if he has something
to hide.

As you can imagine, when I first became aware of this new
policy, I was quite shocked; particularly because the check
I cash each month is issued by the local government. It is
not a company check or a third-party check. Well, I was not
about to let them get away with treating me as a common
criminal so easily. To begin with, I made quite a nasty fuss
at the bank so that everyone in the immediate vicinity would
hear what was going on. I knew that it wasn't the teller's
fault; she was just doing what she was supposed to do so
that she could keep her job; but nevertheless, I began to
loudly ask her if this was 1933, and if Hitler was in power.
I questioned her with what right they could refuse to cash a
local government-issued check, particularly after I had
presented two valid ID's. I also told her that the bankers
have too much power. Naturally, she wanted to quiet me down
as soon as possible, so at my request, she called over her
supervisor. As you can imagine, this supervisor gave me the
cold, plastic smile which is typical of business people, and
began to explain to me that this was now their bank's new
policy, and that I would simply have to comply if I wanted
my check cashed; and then she handed me one of their small
pamphlets which explained the discriminatory policy.

I was so concerned, and so upset about this incident, that
shortly thereafter, I contacted the office of the Compiler
of Laws. After several days, I was informed that there is
nothing in the local law books which prohibits the banks
from enacting such a policy. In other words, the bankers
have more power than even the local government. They can set
whatever policies they please, and no one can stop them as
long as they are not in clear violation of local laws. They
can even refuse to cash a local government-issued check, if
a non-account holder refuses to be fingerprinted first. That
is how much power these bankers now possess; and I don't
doubt that it is happening everywhere.

The following month, I knew that I couldn't go back to the
same bank, so I decided to try a different one. Well, I
walked in pretending that I was unaware of this new policy
which had been enacted on a community-wide level. They had
some posters taped up in different areas of the bank which
announced the new fingerprinting policy, but I acted as if I
hadn't seen them, and walked up to the bank teller with my
government-issued check and monthly bills in hand. At first,
it appeared as if there would be no problem. The bank teller
took the check and the bills; stamped, dated and signed
everything; and then she proceeded to ask me for my account
number. I explained that I did not have an account at their
bank, and then the trouble began.

Again I was forced to argue with another supervisor, but it
was to no avail. Even though they had already marked up my
check, and stamped all of the bills with the 'PAID' stamp,
they still would not have the decency to cash the check at
least that one time, unless I agreed to be fingerprinted. I
had provided two, legal, government-issued ID's to prove who
I was; that is, a driver's license, as well as an ID issued
by the local police department, and yet they were still
adamant that they could not complete the transactions they
had begun without my fingerprint; or perhaps I should say
they would not complete them, as there is a difference.

These incidents are clear proof that, as I have explained
throughout this article, I too have become a victim of their
quiet 'campaign of inconvenience'. Like Scott, who refused
to bow to the system's pressure, and thus didn't provide his
Social Security number so that he could renew his business
license, I could have given in to their demands and simply
allowed myself to be fingerprinted, but it is against my
moral and spiritual convictions, and so I didn't. This has
complicated my life, and forced me further into the corner.
I now have only two ways left in which to cash my monthly
check; either through a very good friend who has been kind
enough to use her bank account, or else through the local
government's payroll office which will both cash the check,
as well as accept payment for my utility bills. If my friend
were to close her account, or if the payroll office were to
change its policy for some unforeseen reason, my options
would be further restricted.

While I have described my local situation for you in order
to prove my point, you need to realize that these local
banks are merely puppets who take their orders from their
superiors who set banking trends and policies for the world.
I am of course referring to the International Jewish Bankers
like the Rothschilds, the Loebs, etc. So to reiterate my
point one more time; it is through personal inconvenience
that people will be forced to accept the new implant system,
even if they grumble about it at first. In the United States
of America, they refer to this method of forcing people to
do something against their will as voluntary compliance. In
other words, the unspoken message is 'You don't have to do
it if you don't want to, but you will be sorry if you don't.
You better voluntarily comply with what we tell you to do,
or else you had better be prepared to pay the consequences
for your rebellion. If you don't comply voluntarily, then we
will force you to comply one way or the other'. That is
so-called 'freedom' in America.

When the bio-chip implant system is finally implemented, it
is likely that even some weak Christians will compromise
their faith because of their need to pay their bills, and
obtain their daily necessities, such as food and clothing.
They will still be so deeply involved in the system, that
there will be no way out, except to compromise their faith
and their Christian convictions. There will be no way for
them to survive unless they accept the Mark of the Beast. In
their state of delusion, some of them may even quote from
Romans chapter thirteen, and insist that we are supposed to
obey the powers that be. This they will do, because they
know not the Scriptures which state that all who receive the
Mark of the Beast will be damned; that is, judged severely
by the Lord. Consider the following verses:

"And the third angel followed them, saying with a loud
voice, If any man worship the beast and his image, and
receive his mark in his forehead, or in his hand, The same
shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is
poured out without mixture into the cup of his indignation;
and he shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the
presence of the holy angels, and in the presence of the
Lamb: And the smoke of their torment ascendeth up for ever
and ever: and they have no rest day nor night, who worship
the beast and his image, and whosoever receiveth the mark
of his name. Here is the patience of the saints: here are
they that keep the commandments of God, and the faith of
Jesus." Revelation 14:9-12, KJV

Notice what the Lord says in that final sentence. He says
'Here is the patience of the saints: here are they that keep
the commandments of God, and the faith of Jesus'. In other
words, when the bio-chip implant system, Biblically known as
the Mark of the Beast, is fully implemented, it is going to
be a time of great testing for the true Saints of God. The
Lord is going to find out who really loves Him, and who
really believes His Word, and who is going to be willing to
endure persecution, hunger, and perhaps even death, in order
that they may inherit their incorruptible Crown of Life. It
is interesting to note that just as Jesus says 'Here is the
patience of the saints', He said the very same thing in His
Endtime sermon found in Luke chapter twenty-one. After
describing the Beginning of Sorrows, and the persecution
which will befall the Saints of the Endtime, Jesus says:

"In your patience possess ye your souls." Luke 21:19, KJV

For those Christians who are still alive when these final
Endtime events begin to occur, it is going to require a lot
of patience, in order to continue persevering in the faith
during the three and a half years of the Great Tribulation.
If you are such a person, you will be publicly branded as as
a rebel, as a troublemaker, as a social outcast, as a misfit,
as a non-conformist, and as a religious fanatic who refuses
to go along with the policies of the Beast, including his
evil and damnable Mark. You may have few friends; and as the
Lord tells us, even some of those persons whom you think are
your friends, including members of your own family, may turn
out to be traitors. When a person is suffering and hungry,
moral and spiritual convictions often take a back seat in
his life. In short, you will have to depend solely upon the
Lord to see you through the years of the Great Tribulation;
but if you do, we find these wonderful prophetic promises
found in the Book of Isaiah:

"He giveth power to the faint; and to them that have no
might he increaseth strength. Even the youths shall faint
and be weary, and the young men shall utterly fall: But they
that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they
shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not
be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint."
Isaiah 40:29-31, KJV

As I explain in other Endtime articles, these verses may be
describing the glorious Rapture, when the Saints of God will
be resurrected and/or transformed, in order that they might
fly up into the heavens like eagles, in order to meet their
Lord in the air at His Second Coming. Please consider the
following inspiring verses:

"For as the lightning cometh out of the east, and shineth
even unto the west; so shall also the coming of the Son of
man be. For wheresoever the carcase is, there will the
eagles be gathered together. Immediately after the
tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the
moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from
heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken: And
then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and
then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall
see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power
and great glory. And he shall send his angels with a great
sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together his elect
from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other."
Matthew 24:27-31, KJV

"For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a
shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump
of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: Then we
which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with
them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so
shall we ever be with the Lord."
1 Thessalonians 4:16-17, KJV

So while the Bible tells us that there are indeed dark days
ahead for God's true children, there is also a wonderful
Light at the end of the tunnel for those who persevere in
their faith until the end. But please remember that none of
us can do it ourselves; none of us are spiritually strong
enough to keep the faith on our own; so please do not rely
upon your own strength or upon your own wisdom; because if
you do, you will surely fall flat on your face and deny the
Lord, in order to save your skin, just as the Apostle Peter
did. If God wants to keep you alive until the Return of His
Son, then He will find a way to do it. He will protect you,
and provide miraculously for you; for as Jesus Himself said:

"But there shall not an hair of your head perish."
Luke 21:18, KJV

"Are not two sparrows sold for a farthing? and one of them
shall not fall on the ground without your Father. But the
very hairs of your head are all numbered. Fear ye not
therefore, ye are of more value than many sparrows."
Matthew 10:29-31, KJV

Just remember that only the Spirit of Christ working in you
can see you through. Only the Spirit of Christ can give you
the love, the boldness, the grace, the patience and the
faith, to persevere until He calls you Home. So please, as
the Apostle Paul tells us, keep your eyes on Jesus; for He
is the Author and the Finisher of your faith. If you do,
then like King David of old, you will be able to say:

"In God have I put my trust: I will not be afraid what man
can do unto me." Psalms 56:11, KJV
